Pilates helped me to recover from a career-ending injury and has been an invaluable tool in the continuous process of learning about my body. I have been teaching since 2014 when I completed a 500hr apparatus and mat Pilates certification through Michael Feigin. Additionally, I have worked closely with brilliant minds like Irene Dowd and Debra Goodman.
I want every one of my clients to feel strong and confident in their bodies, regardless of past trauma or injury. I aim to provide my clients with anatomical and biomichanical concepts, giving them a framework within which to deepen their body awareness, understand their personal movement patterns, and address imbalances.
